TUMBLING
CLASSES
Weekly tumbling instruction from a UHSAA Certified Safety Instructor and collegiate head coach. Beginner through advanced — every athlete on the right progression.
BUILT ON
PROGRESSION
Tumbling is a stack of skills. Rush a step and an athlete builds a habit that takes months to unlearn — or worse, gets hurt. Our classes work a deliberate progression: body awareness and shape first, then power, then the skill.
Athletes are placed by ability, not just age, and move up when their technique earns it. Classes stay small so every rep gets a set of eyes on it and every athlete gets hands-on spotting.
